3 Generations Sauvignon Blanc New Zealand

The Vines

This Sauvignon blanc is produced from vines with an average age of 35 years old.

Terroir

100% percent of these vines are planted on a sandy clay soil. The Sauvignon Blanc needs a fresh climat with a good water supply in order to obtain its unique freshness and exuberant flavors.

Vinification

Concrete tank. After picking, the grapes are kept in contact with the skins and the juice is tasted every 1-2 hours in order to press at its peak flavors. This is followed by fermentation at a low temperature. Aged on fine lees to strengthen the harmony of the wine and optimize the finesse and intensity of the resulting aromas.

Tasting Notes

This intensely aromatic, 100% Sauvignon Blanc, is easy to drink. It boasts notes of citrus and grapefruit with mint and peach flavors. Crisp finish.

Food Pairings

Sauvignon blanc pairs well with grilled seafood, salads or enjoyed on it's own.
